Proactive, analytical and cheerful, Jennifer takes on many supporting roles. She’s always looking for ways to make improvements while keeping her eye on the bottom line.

The best part about working for a small agency, she says, is feeling like she's part of a tight-knit team. “I know my boss and I know my co-workers,” she says.

Patient, energetic and always busy, Jennifer broadens her horizon through motivational books and success stories. “It’s food for the soul,” she says.

When the weekend rolls around, you’ll find her hiking, biking, or on the mountain snowboarding with her husband and daughters, 4-year-old Abby and 12-year-old Marisa.
