Community
We love our community and our state! Every one of our staff members actively participates in company-wide pro bono efforts, like the Komen Eugene's Race for the Cure scheduled this year on October 23, 2011. Last year was the inaugural race, and it was the largest first-time race ever! We’re on board for this year’s race, which is guaranteed to be bigger and better!
We're also just beginning to work on a branding campaign for the Academy of Arts and Academics (A3), which is part of the Springfield school district. Stay tuned for its launch later this year.
We recently completed the design for the League of Women’s Voters of Lane County’s They Represent You, a biennial publication of local elected officials. In the past year, we also created a website for the Eugene Rotary and the Oregon Diabetes Educators a Fan page for Fund Workforce Investment Act. Our staff handled public relations for a Destination Imagination fund raiser. We regularly do pro bono projects for the following organizations: One Fine Day, Angel Hair, The Nature Conservancy, FOOD for Lane County, and Volunteers in Medicine.
In addition to pro bono work, our staff is active with many local organizations. Each month we feature a staff person and a favorite organization in our Community Leader Together ads in The Register-Guard.
Our staff also serve on the boards of many local organizations: Eugene Rotary, Lane Workforce Partnership, Oregon Research Institute, AAA Oregon/Idaho, Angel Hair Foundation, Springfield Renaissance, Trillium Community Health Plans, Whittaker Community Council, Mid-Town Business Association, and Volunteers in Medicine.
