I love receiving your eNewsletter! Consistently well written and interesting.

We have been using Salesforce for a few months now. Definitely room for improvement in the company's communication, training, and product but it is one impressive piece of software. The company has achieved staggering growth. I'll try to fit a read of this book into my schedule.
